Blueberry syrup is a liquid sweetener made by dissolving sugar in water. That’s literally it.
Blueberry syrup disperses sweetness evenly throughout beverages of any temperature, making it a key component of many iced drinks and cocktails.
In cocktail making, syrup is a condiment that is a thick, viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar and water, containing a large amount of dissolved sugars but showing little tendency to deposit crystals. Its consistency is similar to that of molasses.
Ingredient:

- Blueberries Puree
- Water
Process:
- Ratio: 2:1
- Volume: 1 Litre
- Shelf-life: 2-3 weeks

Recommendation:
- Add a shot (25mL) of vodka in the syrup for longer preservation.
- Keep the syrup refrigerated overnight for better freshness.
- Every syrups will last up to 14 days from arrival.
