Fresh Cucumbers

Fresh cucumber slices are always a great choice for fresh water to Pimms and other cocktails, this is a garnish that never goes old. We will slice them at 3-4mm, the perfect thickness garnish and have a crunchy bite too. We will give them a sodium bicarbonate bath to clean the skin and get the bitterness out of the skin then slice them for you to use directly to your bar.
