Cinnamon can enhance the flavour profile of a cocktail. You can add it to bitters, syrups, or tinctures. You can also garnish a cocktail with a cinnamon stick, star anise, or cloves.

Product Description

Cassia vera cinnamon sticks are obtained by peeling the outer bark of the tree with a special knife, then they are pressed on top of each other and reduced to 20cm in length.
Cinnamon can enhance the flavour profile of a cocktail. You can add it to bitters, syrups, or tinctures. You can also garnish a cocktail with a cinnamon stick, star anise, or cloves.
The outer skin is peeled off with a small curved knife and sorted into different grades based on thickness from which they are rolled into pipes and allowed to dry. Our 100% cassia vera cinnamon sticks are GMO-Free and grown in Vietnam.
