Product Description
A Lemon peel looks great on a cocktail, but time consuming. The benefit of our always perfectly cut citrus peel to garnish your cocktail or to make essential oils.
Our lemon peels are also used to infuse alcohol, spirit and wine which will offer flavour and taste to your product.
As we highlighted, you can find vitamin C within citrus peel which add more benefits to the fruit properties.

Preservation:
- Before peeling we submerge our citrus into a bath of 5% distilled white vinegar and Sodium Bicarbonate then rinse in fresh water.
- Our orange peel is packaged in a air tight sealed bag.
- The peels are in one long string of the whole fruit.
- The peel may contain some pith and fruit flesh.
