Our Freshly squeezed lime juice is as pure as it gets,not from concentrated, no-added flavour, colouring or preservatives. Crafting great Mojitos means using the best ingredients, our Mojito Mix is a delicious blend of real fresh lime juice and pure simple syrup, beautifully balanced when you add White or Brown Rum and Soda water or lemonade (sweeter tooth) or our favourite Prosecco (Yes! you heard right!).

Recipe Ingredients:
- 50mL White Rum (not provided)
- 12mL Prosecco (not provided)
- 50mL Mojito Cocktail Mix
- Garnish Lime wedge and Mint leaves and Mint Stem (optional) & Lime wheel/wedge

Preparation:
- Step 1 Place our 25mL Mojito Mix and mint leaves in a tall glass (slap the leaves in your hands to release flavour and fragrance).
- Step 2 Pour all the ingredients and a little ice together in a tall glass to combine. Stir the content gently.
